SAP Concur, a leader in cloud-based travel and expense management solutions, is looking for a Java Developer to join its dynamic engineering team in Labs India. This role focuses on building and refining scalable, AI-driven cloud applications using SAP Joule to reimagine enterprise business processes.

As a Developer, you will be responsible for coding, quality assurance, and creating high-performing features using modern development practices. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Concur products that simplify and automate financial workflows for businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core product features, emphasizing performance, scalability, and quality.
• Design, implement, and test AI-driven solutions integrated into SAP Joule and Concur products.
• Analyze and resolve issues in both legacy and new codebases.
• Contribute to refactoring tasks and architectural improvements related to AI and cloud components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues to enhance team outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in Java development with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools or ML pipelines is a plus.
